I’ve been using the Desavery Lit Facial Serum for a week now, and it’s become a key part of my daily skincare routine. Typically, I start with a face wash (twice a week, I switch to a face exfoliator). Then, I apply this serum. Although Desavery recommends using it on damp skin, I prefer drying my face gently first, probably because of my short beard. This serum is so potent that you only need 4 drops. I massage them onto my palms and then apply them all over my face and beard.

The scent is absolutely amazing. I think I’m becoming addicted to it—it’s like being back in the south of France where I grew up, reminiscent of the dry oil my mum used. It feels like a mood booster on steroids. The serum itself is another level of luxury, leaving my skin smooth, moisturized, and my beard incredibly soft. It’s even perfect as an aftershave for my neckline.

Lately, we’ve had hot and sunny weather in the UK (not every day), so after the serum, I’ve been using a moisturizer with SPF. However, this serum is so good that you don’t really need a moisturizer.
